We at Amrithya take pride in offering high-quality teas and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the process for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request is eligible if:

  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is provided.

Returns are not applicable for opened tea packs or items with broken seals due to hygiene and quality concerns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Packaging seal is broken or product has been opened.
  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The item is returned beyond 7 days from receipt.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

4. Return Process

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach product photos.
  3. Our team will verify and provide return shipping instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If applicable, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), return shipping is free.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the buyer bears the return shipping cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
