2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order is confirmed and shipped.

If there is any delay due to stock availability or unforeseen issues, our team will inform you promptly.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We currently ship our products across India through reliable courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, and others, depending on your location.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Metro Cities: 2–4 days, Non-Metro areas: 5–7 days)
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days for select pin codes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, courier workload, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard delivery within India.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A minimal charge (₹49–₹99) may apply for orders below ₹999.
  • Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

You can also log into your Amrithya account to check the current status of your order.

6. Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
  • If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt a second delivery or return the package to us.

7. Undelivered / Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address, or multiple failed delivery attempts:

  • We can reship the order once the correct address is confirmed (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • If you prefer a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost before processing the refund.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We ensure careful packaging for all orders. However, in the unlikely event of damage or loss during transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package.
  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please notify us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier for resolution.

9. International Shipping

At present, we only ship within India.

BnC Foods shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or courier network issues
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

11. Change or Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.
  • Once the package is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
