🍵 Brewing Instructions
For a Perfect Cup:
Method 1: Classic Black Tea
Boil Water: Heat fresh water to 95–100°C.
Add Tea: Use 1 teaspoon (2.5g) of Amrithya CTC Black Tea per cup (150–200ml).
Brew: Steep for 3–5 minutes depending on desired strength.
Strain & Serve: Enjoy plain for pure flavour, or add milk and sugar for a rich Indian-style chai.
Method 2: Traditional Indian Milk Tea (Chai Style)
Boil Milk & Water: Mix 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup milk in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Add Tea Leaves: Add 1 teaspoon (2.5g) of Amrithya CTC Black Tea per cup.
Simmer: Let it boil for 3–4 minutes on low flame until the colour deepens and aroma rises.
Add Sweetener: Add sugar to taste.
